Solution: Re-enter the serial number when launching Mac retail version. Mac Only: You have the SketchBook Mac retail version and Mac App Store version installed side-by-side and cannot launch the Mac retail version. This is the same with other applications.
Mac Only: You are running on Mac OS 10.9 and SketchBook starts up from the Home Screen. When you do this, the feature is automatically disabled.
Solution: Turn off Pen Flicks or if you use a Wacom device, install the latest driver. Why: Windows OS ( Control Panel > Pen and Touch > Flicks) Pen Flicks function is ON, which causes the system to flicker. You are on Windows OS and when you try to scroll up or down in the UI, using a pen, instead of scrolling, something else happens.
Windows Only: Windows OS and scrolling up and down Windows Only: You upgrades your Windows OS to 8.1 and you Wacom devices aren't working properly.
